This Website is owned by Dubai Permissions and is operated
by Dnata (‘we’, ‘us’), for and on behalf of Marhaba Services. Dnata is a Dubai corporation
established by Decree No.1 of 1987 of the Government of Dubai (as amended), having
its principal place of business at Emirates Group Headquarters Building, P.O. Box
1515, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your individual or corporate
account login and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your password
and corporate account. You must take all necessary steps to restrict access to the
Website and to your password only to sub-users authorised by you and you should
inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become
known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an
unauthorised manner. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website and/or
the Booking Engine, terminate/disable accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel
bookings made through the Booking Engine at our discretion.

Website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However,
due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the

Dnata or any other member of the Emirates Group without our express written consent.
You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilising Dubai Permissions
or Dnata’s or any other member of the Emirates Group’s names or trademarks without
our express written consent. |

of Dubai. The Dubai courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising
